ASPARAGUS FROM QUEBEC

Market gardening season has begun! Asparagus is the first vegetable of the season and will be available until the end of June. Personally, I must admit that asparagus is without a doubt one of my favorite vegetables. Tasty and crunchy, they cook wonderfully on the BBQ with seasonings.
