MINI YOGURT CREAM CONES WITH FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) 2% coconut Greek yogurt
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) 35% cream whipped into stiff peaks
  • 125 ml (1/2) cup) pomegranate arils
  • 1 clementine peeled and cut into small dice
  • 1 kiwi peeled and cut into small dice
  • 2-3 dried apricots cut into small dice
  • 12 mini cones


Steps

1 - In a bowl, mix the yogurt, cream and fruit.


2 - Serve in mini cones to garnish as you go (to keep the cones crispy).
