COTTAGE, MAPLE AND VANILLA CHEESE PANCAKES

Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of white flour not bleached
- 5 ml (1 tbsp) of paste powder
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp) of salt
Liquid ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of cottage cheese 1 % m.g.
- 2 eggs
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp) of vanilla essence
- 30 ml ( 2 c. Soup) of maple syrup
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of partially skimmed Milk 1 % M.G.
Steps
1 - In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients and reserve.
2 - in another bowl mix the liquid ingredients.
3 - add the dry ingredients and mix slightly to create a mixture uniform.
4 - in a hot pan, heat a drizzle of vegetable oil.
5 - add 1/2 cup of the mixture and extend lightly. Cook 2 minutes. cooking 1 to 2 minutes (or until desired coloring).
6 - serve immediately. Garnish with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
