Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of vegetable broth, without salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) of textured vegetable proteins (PVT)
- 15 ml (1 tsp) of oil of oil olive
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
- 30 ml (2 tbsp ) whole wheat flour
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of nutritional yeast
- 15 ml (1 tsp) of Sodium weak sauce
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of garlic powder
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of Muscade, ground
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of Paprika
- 3 ml (½ tsp) cinnamon, ground
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps
1 - Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F).
2 Place the vegetable broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour on the textured vegetable protein and let swell for 5 minutes.
3 - in A pan, heat the oil. Add the onion and garlic then sweat 2 to 3 minutes. Season and remove from the heat.
4 Add the swollen PVT and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
5 - Form dumplings and place on a cookie plate with parchment paper.
6 - bake in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes (or until beautiful coloring).
7 - Remove from the oven . Taste!

Pcq la cuisson sera difiirérente selon la grosseur!

Pensez-vous que ces boulettes fonctionneraient pour faire un ragoût de boulettes?Peux t’on faire les boulettes à l’avance puis les congeler ?
