J’aimerais savoir à quoi ressemble une portion de fruits et légumes.
J’en mange beaucoup dans une journée. Mais pour atteindre 7 à 10 portions, j’ai du mal a visualiser à quoi ressemble ce nombre une fois converti en portions..
