Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas of 10 inches
  • 20 ml (4 tbsp) of almond butter
  • 2 quinoa bars, chocolate and cranberries Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition


Steps

1 - Distribute the almond butter over the two tortillas then spread evenly. Add a bar on each of them. Rolling.
