Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) of Roman lettuce, shredded
- 60 g of lightened, grated cheese
- 2 slices of prosciutto, grilled
- 1 sachet of chickpeas roasted with sea salt Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition
Dressing
- 15 ml (1 tsp) of Greek Yogurt Nature 0 % M.G.
- 10 ml (2 tbsp) of vegetable oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of juice of juice lemon
- 2 ml (1/2 tsp) of anchovy paste
- 1 ml (1/4 tsp) of Moutarde de Dijon
- 1 clove of garlic
Steps
1 - Mix all the ingredients necessary for the Dressing.
2 - in two plates, distribute the lettuce, the grated cheese, the prostive and the chickpeas. Garnish with Dressing.
