April is oral health month. To do this, I decided to talk to you about the prevention of dental diseases.


True or false?

There is a link between gingivitis (inflammation of the gums) and the risk of cardiovascular disease. And yes, it's true! The bacteria responsible for inflammation can pass into the bloodstream and thus increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.


My advice

  1. Reduce consumption of sugary foods
  2. Reduce consumption of acidic foods
  3. Avoid sticky foods
