Importance of water
Water is the basis of life, so it is necessary to consume enough of it, every day. While water needs vary between gender, age, height, level of physical activity, outside temperature and more, recommendations are around 2-3 liters per day. I invite you to watch my nutrition capsule to successfully achieve these recommendations:My tips for staying hydrated.
If you have difficulty drinking enough water, do not hesitate to consume more fruits and vegetables, they are full of water in addition to providing various benefits.
