BENEFITS AND MAIN PRINCIPLES OF THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET


What do the countries bordering the Mediterranean have in common? An abundance of fruit and vegetables, a consumption of cereal products and good fats. You guessed it, I am talking about the Mediterranean diet!

Personally, I have been practicing this diet for several years now! The Mediterranean diet does not offer an entirely vegetarian diet, but rather a flexitarian one, so as to limit the consumption of red meat.     Quel place prend alors le poulet dans le régime méditerranéen? Est ce « rationné » comme la viande rouge (très peu par semaine)? Merci :)

    Je suis découragée ne sait plus vers quoi me virer j’ai pris 7 livres depuis septembre
    Je suis en train de tout reprendre ce que je me suis battue à perdre durant les 7 dernières années. Pourtant je bouge
