DATES AND STRAWBERRY SPREAD

Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of canned chickpeas
- 60 ml (¼ cup) of dates
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water
- 125 ml (½ cup) of strawberries , cut into slices
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of almond butter
Steps
1 - Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Then place them in a container higher than wide.
2 Place the dates in a bowl going to the microwave. Add the water then cook for 60 seconds. The help of a fork, crush the dates to obtain a smooth puree.
3 Add the preparation of dates to chickpeas. Add the strawberries and almond butter.
4 - Using A mixing foot, mix the ingredients until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.
5 * For a delicious result, spread your bread with the preparation then add straps of strawberries and a few pumpkin seeds. A great way to Start the day!

J’adore cette recette de tartinade. Je l’ai faite à plusieurs reprises et lorsque je l’a cuisine avec des fraises du Québec, ho lala que les Saveurs sont explosives! J’adore quand vous nous proposez des recettes à base de pois chiches.
