Ingredients
- 250 g (1/2 book) of beef bib, cut into small cubes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of green onion, chiseled
- 30 ml (2 tsp) D 'French shallot, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tsp) of fresh, chopped basil
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) of Wasabi green peas, crushed
- 30 ml (2 tsp. Soup) of capers, chopped
- 20 ml (4 tbsp) of olive oil
- 20 ml (4 tbsp) of homemade mayonnaise (or Poirier kitchen in grocery store)
- 5 ML (1 tsp) of Dijon mustard
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
1 - In a bowl, deposit all the ingredients of the tartare and mix gently.
2 - in 2 beautiful plates, using a cookie cutter, mounting. .
3 - Decorate with young shoots. Accompany with croutons.
