MANGO, RASPBERRY AND CHIA Iced Lollipops

Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) of mangoes, in cubes
- 1 very ripe banana
- 750 ml (3 cups) of Milk
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) of maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tsp) of chia seeds
- 250 ml (1 cup) of raspberries
- 15 ml (1 tsp) of vanilla
Steps
1 - In the mixer, place the mangoes, banana, 500 ml (2 cups) of Milk and 30 ml (2 tbsp) of maple syrup. Mix.
2 - Add the chia and mix to The help of a spoon in order to distribute well in the preparation. Place the preparation in the lollipop molds. Fill the molds to 80% of their capacity.
3 In the mixer, place the raspberries as well as the rest of the Milk and maple syrup and add the vanilla. Mix.
4 Add this preparation in the molds, over the mango-banana mixture.
5 Place the sticks in the preparation and place in the freezer for a minimum of 5 hours.
6 - Unmold and taste!
