De plus, simplement vérifier certaines listes d’ingrédients pour s’assurer qu’il n’y a pas de gluten (la sauce soya par exemple, il existe des sauces sans gluten).
Avez des alternatives pour une personne qui est coeliaque (allergie aux gluten)
