Ingredients

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of chia seeds
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of coconut almond drink
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of Greek Yogurt Nature 0 % M.G.
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate 70 % Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition, cut into pieces
  • 15 ml (1 tsp) of coconut, grated


Steps

1 - Mix chia seeds, almond drink, Greek yogurt and chocolate pieces. Distribute in two containers then refrigerate for a minimum of 60 minutes.


2 - When serving, garnish with nuts grated coconut.
