RAW PIZZA MÜESLI, NUTS, YOGURT AND SMALL FRUITS

Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of Müesli of Swiss type Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition
- 250 ml (1 cup) of Granola Chaï Isabelle Huoture in nutrition
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of sunflower seeds
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of germinated buckwheat
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of almond butter
- 60 ml (1/4 cup ) of melted coconut oil (or canola oil)
- 30 ml (2 c. N
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of water
- Yogurt Nature
Garniture (au goût)
- honey
- blueberries
- blackberries
- pink petals
- crushed pistachios
Steps
1 - Place parchment paper in the bottom of a 9 or 10 inch hinge pan. Reserve.
2 - in the bowl of the food processor, place the müesli, the granola, the sunflower seeds and buckwheat. Pulse a few blows to roughly chop.
3 - add almond butter, oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and water. Stay and still stay wet and sticky.
4 - put in the mold. Crush and compress well. Place in the freezer 15-20 minutes to cool well.
5 - garnish the pizza yogurt, a net of honey, berries, rose petals and pistachios (to taste).
6 - Cut and serve a hint of raw pizza. Taste!
