GRILLED PEACH MELBA AND STRAWBERRIES WITH GREEK YOGURT

Ingredients

  • 3 shed peaches, cut into two
  • fillet of olive oil
  • 1 breasted (454 g) of strawberries, shot
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of Greek yogurt Nature 2 % M.G.
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) by Granola Chaï Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition
  • fresh mint leaves


Steps

1 - Preheat the BBQ to 220 ° C (500 ° F).


2 - slightly brush the pieces of oil peaches.


3 - on a hot bbq, toast the peaches 2 to 3 minutes on each side (or until beautiful coloring and streaks). Reserve.


4 - toast the strawberries quickly 1 minute on each side (or until beautiful coloring and streaks). Reserve.


5 - in presentation plates, place pieces of grilled peaches.


6 - garnish with Greek yogurt, grilled strawberries and their juice.


7 - Add the granola and fresh mint leaves to taste.


8 - taste immediately.
