YOGURT, MANGO, STRAWBERRY AND GRANOLA PARFAIT

Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) plain Greek yogurt 2% m.g.
- 250 ml (1 cup) granola
- 2 peeled mangoes (1 cut into small cubes and 1 cut into slices)
- 8 to 10 strawberries, cut into small cubes
- Fresh herbs, to taste
Steps
1 - In glasses, assemble the parfaits.
2 - Put the yogurt at the bottom. Garnish with granola, mango cubes and strawberries. Repeat the operation and finish with a nice strawberry and some fanned mango slices on top. Decorate with fresh herbs.
3 - Serve and enjoy immediately!
