Ingredients

  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) of flour
  • 15 ml (1 tsp) of oatmeal
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of powdered Peanut butter
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) sugar
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) of baking powder
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) of apple puree
  • 1 egg
  • 20 g of dark chocolate (1 Isabelle Huot Docteure chocolate bar in nutrition), cut into pieces

Mix


1 Distribute all the ingredients in two cups going to the microwave. Mix well

2 heat in the microwave for 2 minutes or until the preparation is well cooked.
