- 60 ml (¼ cup) of apple puree
- 1 egg
- 20 g of dark chocolate (1 Isabelle Huot Docteure chocolate bar in nutrition), cut into pieces

Mix
1 Distribute all the ingredients in two cups going to the microwave. Mix well
