CUCUMBER, SMOKED SALMON AND COTTAGE CHEESE BITES

Découvrez cette façon originale d'intégrer le collagène NURISH au quotidien : des bouchées de concombre, saumon fumé et cottage. Une recette simple et originale.

Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese Dip

    • 125 ml (½ cup) (125 ml) 1% cottage cheese
    • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) finely chopped chives
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) ground black pepper
    • 5 to 10 ml (1 to 2 tsp) Isabelle Huot fish seasoning

    Cucumber Bites

    • 1 spoon of NU•RISH collagen complex powder
    • 1 cucumber, cut into slices
    • 50 g smoked salmon, cut into thin slices


    Steps

    1 - In a blender, add the cottage cheese. Pulse until smooth. Add a small amount of water as needed.


    2 - Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining Dip ingredients.


    3 - Place cucumber slices on a serving plate.


    4 - Place about 10 ml (2 tsp.) of dip on each cucumber slice. n


    5 - Add a piece of smoked salmon to each bite


    6 - Serve directly and enjoy!
