CHIPOTLE MANGO BEET CHIPS

CROUSTILLES MANGUE BETTERAVES CHIPOTLE

Ingredients

  • 6 Beets of average size (with the peel or without, as desired)
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) of vegetable oil (with vaporizer)
  • 10 ml (2 tbsp) D D 'Chipotle and mango seasoning


Steps

1 - Preheat the BROIL oven.


2 - Clean the beets well then, using a mandolin, cut thin slices (as finely possible).


3 - on a covered hob D cup 'A parchment paper, place the beet slices and distribute well. Then spray with vegetable oil and sprinkle with seasoning.


4 Put in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, turn the slices then put back to the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.

    @Guylaine : Bonjour Guylaine! En fait, les valeurs nutritives indiquées sur la recette représentent une portion seulement. La recette contenant 6 betteraves vous donne donc au total, 2 portions de 23 g de glucides.

    Bonjour Mme Huot au sujet de votre recette croustilles mangue de betteraves et chipotle , vous indiquez 23g de glucides pour 2 portions. C’est quelle quantité une portion?? au poids ou en tranche de betteraves? Merci
