CHIA PUDDING DIP, CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER

Ingredients
Chia pudding:
- 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond or other beverage
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
- 30-45 ml (2 to 3 tbsp) soup) peanut butter
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 ml (1 /2 cup) chia seeds

- 60 to 80 ml (1/4 to 1/3 cup) unsweetened almond or other drink
Fruit platter, your choice:
- Pineapple cut into cubes
- Peeled and sliced banana
- Apple wedges
- Québec berries
Steps
1 - In a bowl, mix all the chia pudding ingredients.
2 - Cover and refrigerate until the next morning or 4 to 6 hours.
3 - Remove the chia pudding from the refrigerator. It can be eaten as is with fresh fruit on top or made into a dip:
4 - Place the pudding in a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
5 - Pour into a bowl.
