Ingredients

    Chia pudding:

    • 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond or other beverage
    • 60 ml (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
    • 30-45 ml (2 to 3 tbsp) soup) peanut butter
    • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 125 ml (1 /2 cup) chia seeds

    -

    • 60 to 80 ml (1/4 to 1/3 cup) unsweetened almond or other drink

    Fruit platter, your choice:

    • Pineapple cut into cubes
    • Peeled and sliced ​​banana
    • Apple wedges
    • Québec berries


    Steps

    1 - In a bowl, mix all the chia pudding ingredients.


    2 - Cover and refrigerate until the next morning or 4 to 6 hours.


    3 - Remove the chia pudding from the refrigerator. It can be eaten as is with fresh fruit on top or made into a dip:


    4 - Place the pudding in a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy.


    5 - Pour into a bowl.


    6 - Enjoy!
