DATE, ALMOND BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE BITES

Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates cut in half and pitted
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped peanuts
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) melted 70% dark chocolate
- Fleur de sel to taste
Steps
1 - Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2 - Place the dates on a work surface. Stuff each date with 1 teaspoon of almond butter.
3 - Add chopped peanuts on top. Dip each date in the melted chocolate. Drain well to remove excess chocolate.
4 - Place the dates on the reserved baking tray.
5 - Place in refrigerator 30 to 60 minutes (to harden the chocolate).
6 - Remove from the refrigerator. Enjoy immediately.

J’ai utilisé de plus petites dattes, avec des amandes , et beurre d’arachides léger. Un vrai régal! Pas trop sucré, juste parfait !
