Isabelle Huot Docteure en nutrition vous présente sa recette de déjeuner : un gruau overnight mélangé crémeux aux fruits et noix. Un déjeuner nutritif et simple à cuisiner.

Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) oatmeal
  • 125 ml (½ cup) unsweetened soy beverage
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) chia seeds
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1 scoop NU•RISH collagen complex powder
  • 125 ml (½ cup) fresh fruit, of your choice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) nuts, of your choice


Steps

1 - Add all ingredients to a blender.


2 - Pulse until smooth.


3 - Pour the mixture into an airtight container.


4 - Garnish with fruit and nuts, as desired


5 - Refrigerate for about 8 hours (or overnight).


6 - Enjoy
