Ingredients
Marinade:
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white miso
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) hot water
- 22.5 ml (1 ½ tbsp.) of maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) rice vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) soy sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) soup) sesame oil
Eggplant:
- Sesame seeds to taste
- 2-3 eggplants cut into thin sticks
Steps
1 - Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Cover a large baking tray with parchment paper. Place a rack on top and spray with a grease. Set aside.
2 - In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
3 - Place the eggplant sticks on the grill in the baking tray.
4 - Bake. 18-20 minutes or until the sticks are cooked and crispy (turning while cooking).
5 - Remove from the oven
