HOT DRINKS THAT COMFORT
On freezing winter days, do you usually enjoy a hot drink While some swear by coffee, others have taken to tea or popular drinks such as matcha, chai and turmeric latte. In addition to providing warmth and comfort, some hot drinks also provide several interesting benefits!!
Moreover, I discussed it in a column in collaboration with MétéoMédia. I had the chance to chat with Pierre Beaulieu, Co-owner of the Brûlerie Aux Quatre Vents at the Atwater Market. Watch my interview right here:These warming drinks

Despite the fact that some hot drinks provide several benefits, it should be considered that excessive consumption of caffeine can lead to undesirable side effects (anxiety, insomnia, rapid heartbeat and more). Health Canada recommends that adults consume no more than 400 mg of caffeine per day, the equivalent of approximately 3 to 4 cups of coffee or 8 cups of tea.
Homemade recipes
Although these drinks are available in the majority of fast food restaurants, they can also be easily cooked at home, which limits the amount of sugar inside. Discover mypumpkin latte healthy, tasty and warm.

Merci!
