THE BEST VEGETABLE DRINKS


Plant-based drinks are becoming more and more popular! While some people consume these types of beverages to adhere to the vegan lifestyle, others incorporate them into their diet out of concern for the environment or because of an intolerance. For my part, I love to consume it to add variety and for the taste of these different vegetable drinks! I love adding them to my coffee latte in the morning or my chai latte in the afternoon!     Merci pour cette belle vidéo! J’aimerais savoir ce que vous pensez des ingrédients transformés inclus dans le lait d’amandes vendu en tablette (ex. Gomme de caroube). Est-ce préférable de consommer la version réfrigérée, bien qu’elle en contienne aussi? Étant une grande consommatrice de lait d’amandes, j’aimerais faire le meilleur choix possible pour ma santé.
