My mission

My mission is to help people improve their lifestyle with my scientific knowledge!

For several years now, I have been offering a wide range of products, including a complete line of ready-to-eat meals and turnkey services for everyone. In the last few years, I have been thinking a lot about the evolution of my company. The name Kilo Solution being associated with weight loss for the majority of Quebecers, I wanted to reach out more to each person for whom maintaining healthy lifestyle habits is essential. The solutions I already offer go far beyond weight loss.

By creating Isabelle Huot, Doctor of Nutrition, I hope to appeal to many: those who have little time to cook, those who are active and move around on a daily basis, those who want to eat healthy, buy quality products or meet competent professionals.

Snacks
Bol de tofu enrobée d'une sauce façon Général Tao. Les cubes de tofu sont déposées sur une lit de riz basmati mélangé à des légumes variés (haricots verts et carottes).
